My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, but there was a nasty smell that almost made me feel sick. The service overall lacked professionalism, except for Tunc who was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was convenient but right next to a noisy highway. Dining options were decent but could have been better. The facilities were good but room for improvement in some areas.
